We first met at our friend Charlotte's house in the late winter of 2020, and had our first date at Seventh Son Brewing (Columbus, OH) in January of 2021. Started dating on March 9, 2021. Fun fact: our birthdays and dating anniversary are within 2 weeks of each other in March!

Time well spent in Columbus: OSU football games and tailgates, concerts, late nights at Pint House, rabies shots, passing Step 1+2 and the Bar Exam, DK Diner recaps, Med and Law Proms, homemade pizza nights, and time with our (combined) groups of friends.

Nick moves to New York for work/pizza and the (real) long distance relationship begins. Shoutout to FaceTime and Delta Airlines.

Julia matches at CHOP for pediatric residency and moves to Philadelphia, shorter distance now! She officially becomes a city girl and eventually learns to carry all her groceries home without tears. Julia and Nick single-handedly fund the operations of Amtrak.

Some (not enough) vacations: Cape Cod, San Diego, Cape May, Florida, and trips home to Cleveland and Albany along the way. And yes, Nick survived his first Sabella fam vacay to Vegas.
